Noooo My Beauty Subscriptions Are No More :(
So I have been waiting and waiting to get my emails saying all my beauty subscriptions are on their way but instead what do I get? Emails saying my bank card is invalid?! How the hell does it work one second and then out of nowhere becomes invalid? I have no idea but Tomorrow morning needs to come faster so I can call my bank and see why this is happening. I have made sure all my billing info is up to date and correct and I am still getting errors reading my card saying it isn't the correct number or something. I am so sad! The only one I think worked is my Boxycharm box...Or at least I hope! I am addicted to these subscriptions and I was excited to get my first Starlooks box :( Waaaahhhh why me????? Oh well I hope I get it all figured out before it's too late to get this months boxes!!!! Is anyone else having these issues? I know my bank card hasn't been working if I use debit. I have to run it as credit at most stores. I couldn't get it to work at the movie place the other day either :( So dumb...Oh well hopefully I will have answers tomorrow!

My first Birchbox!!!
I have several box subscriptions and one of my latest is Birchbox! This was my first Birchbox and also my last. I think I have been too spoiled with my Ipsy and Boxycharm that this one just seemed very not worth it. First off let me say the box is VERY plain and not appealing at all. There is no "stuffing" inside the box to protect the items. One of the creamy items opened and was everywhere inside the box so I had to clean everything off and I am not even sure which item it was because they are still closed. I really hope they didn't pack the items with the stuff already all over them.
The first item I was actually kinda excited about is the Jergens BB Body cream! This item is not listed on the card so I am not sure of the price but it is a BB cream for your body. It says it hydrates, illuminates, evens, firms, and corrects! It is supposed to perfect skin in just 5 days! I have not tried it yet but I plan to and once I get passed those 5 days I will do a full review on it!
Next I got Agave Healing Oil for your hair! It says it smoothes, restores and transforms unmanageable, frizzy hair. Directions say to work a small amount onto damp hair from root to ends. A full size of this is $24-$40! This small sample is 0.1oz so just enough for 1 trial. I would have liked enough for at least 2 trials.
The next item I got that I like is theBalm "How 'Bout Them Apples?" cheek and lip cream in the color Pie. First of all, I love the packaging on this products! Very colorful and pretty! Says it is a dual-purpose creamy stain. It definitely is creamy but I'm am not sure of the stain part. When I think of a lip stain it usually doesn't wipe off too easy but this one comes right off. The price for a full size of this is $32.00!
The next product I recieved was Keims Hair Care cleanshine energizing shampoo enriched with silk protein. It is peppermint and macadamia nut. The scent is amazing! I cannot wait to try this product! The price of this is $9.50!
The last product I got was Havvn night cream! I am kinda excited about this because I don't have a cream specifically for night time so I can't wait to give it a try! It has a VERY herbally smell to it and I am not really a fan of that so I am not sure how well I will like it but I will give it a try anyway. It says it visibly reduces wrinkles and revives dull skin! The price for a full size of this one is $30.00!
Overall I am not super pleased with this box. I have looked and looked for websites for these products and cannot find them which also turns me off a bit.. I don't think I will be continuing my subscription. I have heard a lot of bad things about Birchbox unfortunately and I guess I can confirm it is not really worth the money. The samples are very small and I am more used to the more deluxe size samples and non-messy boxes. I am also not pleased with the packaging overall. They do not use anything to cushion the products which, to me, means they do not care if we receive damaged products. I am just not thrilled about it. I hope you guys have happier experiences if you are a Birchbox subscriber.

Studio Gear CC Cream Review...
If you cannot tell I am a makeup addict! I have sooo many different products from sooo many different brands. I recently started trying different BB and CC creams and I am really not a fan of them over a foundation. However, I found a pretty nice CC cream by Studio Gear! I was given the product from Studio Gear and I tried it out 3 days now and I have no complaints.
First of all, the packaging is like that of most CC creams. Just a tube, nothing spectacular. The consistency is quite nice although I was a little confused why there are little beads or grains of something in it. I haven't figured out what they are yet but whatever it is they dissolve when you apply it. The color correcting works pretty well. I have a slight redness to my face most of the time and it helped to relieve some of that redness. The smell is different and really reminds me of St. Ives Apricot scrub for some reason. It is slightly moisturizing but Im not sure it is 72 hours of moisture like it says on the packaging not that it matters because I use moisturizer anyways. It says it can be used over moisturizer and under foundation. I plan to try it under my foundation tomorrow and see how I like it then.
Overall, I am pleased with the Studio Gear CC Cream! I am pretty fair skinned and I got the "Natural" color and it works well for my skin color! If you are interested in trying this out you can find it HERE!

Crazy lashes lol
So last night was a crazy night. My kids went to their aunts house for the night so it was just me and my husband and that is something that literally NEVER happens. We have not been away from them but one other time in the whole 8 years we been parents. So we were sitting here trying to figure out what we wanted to do...go to a movie, bowling, casino...we decided the casino. So I go shower and do my makeup and then realize my license is expired so we couldnt go so we ended up staying home and playing cards and I ended up falling asleep in my Bombshell mascara...I woke up this morning and my lashes were so crazy. Sticking up in all different directions...all stick together in some places. My eye hurt too! I fell asleep with my arm over my eyes and I'm positive that is why it happened but I have put coconut oil on them and combed them a few times and now they are back to being right thankfully. It was rather amusing.

Acne Free!
If you didn't know I have had an acne issue since way back when and I have tried so many different things to get it to go away and the most recent being the Acne Free cleanser. I used this about 6-8 years ago for quite a while and it worked pretty well but I stopped because I didn't like the smell. Well I recently started using it again just to help the small breakouts I get now. Well that ended after about a week of using it. My face is sooooo dry even after using the awesome Garnier moisturizer and the Purlisse moisturizer. Im talking excessively dry to where it actually hurts! I have never had this reaction to anything before. Not only does it itch like crazy and is super dry and hurts but my face is super red in certain areas. It almost looks like I have a hives break out or something! I am so mad about this because I would have rathered the one or 2 tiny zits compared to this! Have any of you ever had this reaction to the Acne Free products? I stopped using it about 4 days ago and I have been just washing my face with plain water and putting on a ton of moisturizer and its slowly starting to help thankfully! Remind me to not do that again!
